Slow payout response

In this day and age, we all have difficulty and financial issues. Had my bond with SA Homeloans for 5 years. I just sold my property for less than what I've paid for it. There is a small amount that needs to be paid to me but NOOOOOO SA Homeloans hang onto that amount and will only pay in in 40 days. No other bank will treat their good standing clients like this. Also, with the rate that dropped, they only adjust their rates once in 3 months. Just think about how much money they've made from our loyal idiots taking a bond with them. I wonder whether they will also pay the interest on the money that is in their account when they pay my proceeds to me. I am very very upset with them!!!!!

New property buyers and youngsters, please be aware. SA Homeloans grant loans easily but once they need to assist with payment of a sold property or decreasing the interest rate - they are terrible. Rather go through any bank to have your loan approved. It is much more beneficial.
