Shocking

Not a great experience for a first time buyer. I ended up going with FNB as I felt the sales tactic my consultant used was inconsiderate, I was pushed to make a decision by the end of the month so that they could get the commision for the month. When you are making a 20 year commitment, being made to feel like you owe the sales person the deal is disturbing as you don't feel as if your needs are being genuinely considered. On analysing the offers, I wasn't in fact being offered something best suited for the long term, but was critised by the consultant when I declined the SA Home Loans offer and got asked to substantiate myself?! When I explained that part of the reason I declined was based on the sales tactic he had adopted I got an agressive response. Will unfortunately never be recommending them to property buyers.
