Set a goal post and when achieved dissapeares.

I approached Lindiwe 4 months ago to switch my bond and borrow a bit extra. Two months ago i was approved at 80% where she told me to hang on untill my credit score goes closer to 640 to get a 100% loan. This month my score went to 646...i immediately contacted her and for the last 2 weeks after numerous calls she just do not come back and constantly have excuses of system being down etc. Do you want my bussiness or not? I do not understand how one company can go from extreme effeciency to zero care.
