Think twice before taking up insurance with SA Homeloans! They are unreliable and dishonest. Should you not fit into their customer demographic you can forget to get any service from them. Reading the other reviews, I came to realize that I'm not the only person who got ****med out of an access when two valves were replaced by their middleman FIX24 almost a week after I logged a claim (CL***_3 March 2022). This geyser is still out of order. When you follow up with the SA Homeloans "geyser anatomy specialist" (Shalin Gilbert) she feeds you lies and BS! I have to keep the geyser switched off as it trips the electricity. Ceiling still wet . Fix24 used a subcontractor (Mighty Maintenance) in Alberton who is just as unreliable and dishonest as they are. BEWARE! Don't allow these contractors on site as they will cost you more money due to substandard work. They are unable to solve a problem the first time. They do a quick fix knowing that they have to return…..more money for them. No wonder you pay a fortune for insurance!
