SAhomeloans reluctant/ failure to update my bond details

Divorced in 2019 August however, SAhomeloans failed to remove my spouse on my bond registration with Deeds Office. The Divorce order/decree has been submitted my ex wife also signed documents with their appointed Convenyancing attorneys however my ex wife details still appears on my bond records not sure for what good reason does it take forever for bond details to be updated. Engaged with them last month and the respond i got is that they are still waiting for the Title deed from the Deeds Office of which I still think this process cannot take over 5 years to be completed
