Sahomeloans not willing to help me remove partner while i am paying alone

I reported last year that can they decrease my instalment for my bond because i have a joint bond and my partner is not helping with paymenta actually he never paid his portion of the instalment...they said they cant reduce my instalment and they never followed up on my partner because he is also legally liable for the debt meaning i was left with the responsibility to make sure he pays .

I have tried to get him removed from the bond so i can continue pay alone because clearly he is not willing to pay he is practically refusing to sign yet not willing to help me pay. I have been abused by this ex partner which led to point that he moved out of the house. I tried getting him removed from the bond but he is refusing to sign.

From SA home loans side what are you willing to do to make him pay his portion or to get him removed from the bond because he is also legally obligated and binded to pay. Or must i also suffer alone? Or must i also stop paying so that you can take the house?
