SAHOMELOAN INSURANCE NIGHTMARE!!!

Ths company refuses to fix our ceiling, we are expected to fix it our selves, but we are paying insurance, what kind of a sick game is that??? Why should we pay the house insurance if it's not gonna take care of what is paid for? We bought this house with this ceiling meaning when we took the insurance the ceiling was up on the roof, why didn't you send your inspectors before or just after we purchased the house to inspect it and tell us what your inspector reported about our house after two years and two months of our staying in this house?
