SAHL Where to start
<p>SAHL, where to start? We bought our house in 2004. In 2009 we were in financial difficulties and went into debt review.</p> <p>SAHL issued summons against us for arrears because they dont accept debt review. We contacted them and made arrangements to pay arrears with an increased amount every month</p> <p>. In december 2015 my husband passed away and the mortgage insurance settled the outstanding amount. We have been trying to sell the house since then but cannot. PLEASE ASK ME WHY!!!</p> <p>The attorneys that issued the summons never notified the Sheriff that the matter had been settled so the attachment was never removed The attorneys doing the transfer have been trying for more than a month according to them to have this done and I'm still waiting for something to happen, the buyers of our house has been waiting since November.</p> <p>Please tell me what I can do???
