SAHL is terrible!
All i want to do is change my debit order date. Terrible service, first agent put the phone down. The second requested me to get a letter form my HR confirming that my salary is deposited into my account on the 20th. I have never with any other institution experience such ridiculousness and i have changed many debit order dates, i have moved my main bond away from SAHL and has one left, so glad that i don't have to deal with them again, SAHL is terrible.

10 Mar 2021, 09:01Received a message on my cell from a SAHL employee and to phone her with regards to my complaint. When phoning back i was told that i cannot speak to that person because she does not have a direct line. It just keep getting worse!
