Sahl insurance sucks

<p>A month ago my boundery collapsed after a storm in East London my insurance took 3 weeks to sort it out but only payed out 50% of a contracters quate saying my neighbour had a stormwater problem accepted there explanation now my neighbour tells me her insurance"standerdbank" will not contribute as its my wall.I phone sahlspoke to a zanele that promised me she would phone back cause i need a letter stating that its a boundery wall.as far as i know before you can determine its somebodies wall a land survayer has to check the pecks and no one had done yet.all i can say is the insurance companies dont feel for there clients as long as they get there money.and im still waiting for there call vack.</p>
