SAHL - Insurance Claim Overdue with no help from constultants

<p>My account number is ********** . I lodged a claim in December 2016. A contructor named Toodle Trading from Springs was appointed by your company to assess the damage caused by rain storms to my ceiling, cornishes, electric stove, kitchen units, and roof. He came out at the beginning of January 2017 to my house and assessed. To date, I havent received any call from SA Home Loans Insurance to update me on the progress of this claim, instead I followed up last week and this yesterday, and was told that the contractor had not provided an assessment report yet, I was promised that a follow up would be done and that I would receive feedback by the end of yesterday, of which I havent until now. Can the powers that be at SA Home Loans Insurance who are interested in the provision of good quality customer service please finalise this claim and provide me with feedback. My assets continue to experience more damage for the past 2 months continuously which is highly unacceptable, it is either the contractor appointed on this claim is highly *********** or SA Home Loans is in the business of de*****ing its customers with insurance benefits that don't exist.</p>
