SAHL Insurance

On 22 Feb 2016 I called SAHL Insurance to make a claim for crack in our boundary wall, and only today 23 Mar 2016 I received phone call from SAHL to tell me that claim is REJECTED???( wall was not built properly ) I bought that house in 2000 through SAHL and insurance was trough them as well, in those 16 years I never touch that wall, it's as it was when I bought that house, how could that wall be insured than and why am I paying insurance for something that I can not claim. Why was that wall accepted than, and not now? I am not civil engineer to know how walls has to be build. For SAHL I am good as long as I am paying, it is like one way road.<br> Why does it take more than a month to answer on claim? I phoned them four times in that period to find out about claim and only today they call me to tell me that claim is rejected. Claim number ***, to be managed by Anele Zondo. Regards Bosko Simic
