<p>I recently app**** for an extension on my homeloan and what really bothered me is that one can't sign a document digitally, why??? Heres a company stuck in the 90s. I also dealt with the most incompetant and rude consultant with the name of Radhia Mohamed. I'm really considering moving my bond to another institution.</p>
I must add also that the consultant insisted, late Friday afternoon, on the the documents being filled out and signed by Monday, when this is in fact not a stipulation by SAHL nor was it conveyed in the cover letter.
