Sa homloans

I will never use SA Homeloans again!!!! We are in the process to buy a new home. When they let us know they just need title deeds then we can lodge, we got the news that our title deeds is missing and SA Homeloans does not know where it is how pathetic. This problem is going on already for a week and half and still no answers. This is costing us time and money. There was always hidden surprises from the beginning of our loan. They promised lower interest rates always paying more at the end. This company is full of empty promises
