SA HOMLOAN IGNORANCE AND DECEIT
Again dumbfounded by ignorance. As stated before my bond was settled in February 2024.
SA Homeloans declined my request to keep my Insurance on effect, due to my wife signature have changed.
She had a stroke about 3 years a go which left her paralyzed and basically blind. Sight has returned partially, but her motoric functions are also affected. Her short term memory also affected.
This was referred to management who never came back to me. After my last post I was contacted by a very helpful Client Services agent, that tried to resolve this matter.
I mean time SA Homeloans debited my loan account with Insurance despite this being declined. I was also listed on Credit Burea for my bond being in arears.
This is ridiculous and back to square one as there stance is I indicated to keep Insurance. Now they want me ro pay this money, despite requesting them to reverse this.
It would appear if so called managers have no clue or have ***** to make any decisions. If you decline a request, you can. Ot hold a person liable.
