So for 6 years having this bond, you approved it and made sure that the house is worth the amount. It was your duty to evaluate everything!!!!! or did you? This is now the 2nd time you decide to decline my claim for roof repairs. Well done SA Homeloans you have just lost a client that you have never had a problem with, my money has been taken with no hassles. You cover structure damage what a load of bull!!!!!!!! People do yourself a favor and go check what you paying for and what they will cover. A bunch of ******* you are.
