SA Homeloans terrible service - STAY AWAY

I would not recommend SA Homeloans to anyone. If you don't want one problem and hick up after the other - STAY AWAY. I have been struggling since October 2018 (six months ago) to get my ex's 50% share of the house transferred into my name. I had to repurchase the home to get his name off the title deed. The fees involved in this transaction is way more than purchasing a new home - on a property of R850k it is already at R69k fees only. The first time the papers was ready to sign they suddenly realized they didn't provide enough for fees and all the fees was not included in the original amount. The second time after we have signed the documents and they were ready to hand in the papers they realized there is something extra on my credit check. Obviously since this have been dragging for 6 months already - i can't wait forever to buy something if i need it. I can still afford all of my expenses and still pays all me expenses every month without missing one payment of anything. So once again they want to draw up new papers for the 3rd time.... this is totally ridiculous and highly unacceptable. People - never make the same mistake as what i have made to use SA Homeloans.
