SA Homeloans shambles

We are so frustrated with SA Homeloans. They have cancelled our Home Owners Insurance after we asked for a proper valuation on our property, because we have a guesthouse and they don't do business insurance. They still deduct the insurance premium and after quering it, they are keeping us in a loop regarding all the paperwork and redtape. We can't get one person to deal with our case and get proper advise and answers. They tell us we must get insurance of R4.4 million on our property, even though they valuate the property for R1.2 million and our bond with them is not more than R170 000. We have new cover for R3.5 million now. Business insurance is very expensive and we need this to be resolved soon.
