SA Homeloans services are so bad and they are unprofessional.

I have since had a very bad journey with SA Homeloans since I app**** and got a home loan with them, my issue is i used to pay R4000 something per month on my bond and day before yesterday they sent me an SMS that I will be paying R6000 p/m something which is not even because of the increased rate but for SA Homeloans to take away my property. I have tried to call SA Homeloans many times, send them emails and even requested a call back and their have not responded to me when I have told them I cant afford the new rearranged high installment as I cant afford. SA homeloans only call when you have skipped payments but not when you want assistance and I would urge anyone not to open an account or apply bond with them. they are poor and unprofessional and I want to move my homeloan to Nedbank as they have always taken care of me.
