SA HOMELOANS REFUND ME MY FULL BALANCE

SA Homeloans fail to communicate and inform their clients accordingly, I am due for a refund but they did not refund the full amount nor did they refund the correct account. How can they be trusted, they do not take their clients seriously. Sugen the manager from SA homeloans failed to expalin why proper communication and a full refund as per my refund form was done. This is ridiculous. HOW CAN THEY BE TRUSTED???
