SA Homeloans please clear my queries

1. My bond repayment interest rate at SA Homeloans is currently 12.3%, please confirm why different from prime rate 10.75% on May 2025. 2. My bond protection plan has been added each month to my monthly installments at SA Homeloans as per agreement. Every year my bond protection plan not only been renewed by SA Homeloans (with the added interest), the whole year's bond protection plan premie were added to my bond repayment each year. Please assist and pardon my ignorance. Contacted Onbudsman, but no reply.
