SA Homeloans no better than other insurances.

I write this with a heavy heart. I am really disappointed in your service delivery. Claims logged in November 2022 and December 2022.

Sahomeloans agents are very poor in giving feedback regarding these claims.Whether it's good or bad feedback but they dnt communicate at all.its I everytime who has to call and ask.Vukani and Marcel have have given me the worst service and experience with you guys thanks alot.

Sa homeloans is very good at resolving small claims but when it comes to claims that really also as a home owner give you sleepless nights cause of the damage that might happen over time,forget you are on your own.

To think I've been using them since 2020 when I bought my first property.

I feel very undermined ,disregarded.
