Sa homeloans lost my forms.
Lost my change of account details and want me to run arround. Causing a fee of R200.00pm for no funds in old account 7x200=1400.00 for Failing to change my account details. I want to eft. Every month due to lack of or *********** people. I want to go back to nedbank. You **** from day one. Only recieved my contract after 5years of signing. Very bad services.

30 Oct 2018, 20:58A few years later and finally got time off when they are open to the public in Durban road Cape Town. Just to be disappointed all over again passing the buck and promises to sort out the account details and the point that thw account I asked for was to fixed from the start as promised, this never happened. Then costing me a R220. 00 reversal fee from my fnb account after eft'ing them each month wile runny up a bill at fnb was no joke. I received a contract which is of no use to me because I can not understand the technical terms and one page contradicts another.
Sa home loans is the most unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional and unorganized company I've ever delt with. I will not recommend them after dealing with Nedbank I have such great respect for the home loan department and more.
I will have to make changes and soon.
