SA Homeloans LIES

<p>Every three months or so they e-mail me to say my bond is in arrears, however I have proof that my account was paid 3 days ago. The last time they had issues with their servers, before that it was blamed on a public holiday. Have never missed a payment however they always threaten to notify the Credit Bureau. They send e-mails after 20:00 on a Friday evening, however nobody can resolve the matter on a Saturday. They only escalate it and promise somebody will phone on Monday. The last time nobody phoned and I had to phone them back. They apologise for the inconvenience but not the insult of their lies and false accusations. Taking my bond to another institution even if I have to pay a bit more for the professional service. Sick and tired of their incompetence, constant excuses and faecal service.</p>
