S.A Homeloans less than poor services.

On the 27th/02/2026 I wrote a review about S.A Homeloans regarding their less than poor services and their lack of responding to emails, immediately I received a call from one of their managers apologizing for the inconveniences caused and she then told me she will give me an update on the investigation she just needs my policy number to go ahead, as I comp****, One week later, I have not received an email from them, not a phonecall.

I know you will read my review S.A Homeloans should you fail to respond to my query effeciantly & send me my refund I will be left with no choice but to take you to the Ombudsman.
