SA Homeloans is nonense

Whatever you do, run away from SA Homeloans. They have so many small prints that they don't tell you about. My geyser busted and it damaged my ceiling. I called SA home loans to come and fix. I paid R750-00 for the excess fee to replace the geyser. Guess what? They expect me to pay another excess of R750 for to fix the ceiling that was damaged by the very same geyser bust. As if that wasn't enough, I wasn't allowed to keep my old geyser, they took it. I don't understand why my old geyser has to be taken away, I paid for it. My guess is they are making money out of our old geysers and yet we are expected to pay an excess fee
