SA HOMELOANS INSURANCE POOR SERVICE (beyond junk status service)

I have lodged couple of claims with SA Homeloans and every time they get rejected with no substantive reason. This time i lodged a claim due to heavy rains in Cape Town which caused leaks in my roof. The claim is rejected because who ever build the house did not build it properly hence the roof is leaking. I have stayed in this house for 10 years with no roof leaks, and after heavy rainfalls two weeks ago im told the bui,dear didn’t do a proper job more than 1.0 years ago. I’m staying in a upmarket surbub where this plans are properly approved and everything goes to high standards.

I’m really frustrated with their services and i have now been on a call with them for an hour as i know they will never return your call.

I’m appalled and i will be moving my home loan account to ABSA as this service is appalling. I have never missed a payment on my home loan.
