SA Homeloans Insurance not delivering

On 16th December I called SAHL insurance as our sliding door broke due to an accident. I was assisted and told they would try and get someone out to fix as - I had explained that this door did not have any secirity gates on and therefore pose a security risk. No feedback or service. I called again the 17th and was told they would get in touch with PG glass to contact me-no feedback no service. By the 19th I called once again and was told that PG glass was busy due to the hail storm on the 16th - I could have someone come and fix the door and rhey would re-imburse me - I have not funds to do this? I could get a quote from another service provider and send to SAHL Insurance and they can pay the amount to via EFT but that could take up to 3 days. Surely the onus should rest on SAHL Insurance to provide the required service regarless?? I was given the number for PG glass who informed me that they had only received the call that same day?? I have not been sleeping since the 16th as I have had to barricade the door and pray that no one comes into my home at night and does who knows what to me. Please consider any other company than SAHL as they could not care less about their custom
