Sa homeloans insurance non existent.

We have logged an insurance claim with Sa homeloans on the 14th of August 2024 and today is the 16th of September and no one has come out to look at the property. 1 attempt was made for a booking, however we were not available that day and that was it. Emailed multiple times with no response. This is my 1st time ever complaining here. Really bad service.
