SA HOMELOANS | Insurance linked to HomeLoan | no service or Urgency to fix

I logged a service request with the insurance that is part of my bond repayments and serviced by SA HomeLoans. I was away out of the country and requested they contact me via email. I returned last week Thursday the 23rd of Nov and the incident happened on Tuesday the 21st of Nov.

Subsequently there was an assessor out on Monday the 27th of Nov.

No other communication after that, I had to get someone to come out and fix my roof on my own account. More than a week after the incident, they have No urgency
