SA Homeloans Insurance - incompentant consultant

I registered a claim on the 19th October 2015 , my light bulb in my bathroom ceiling was leaking i knew it must be my geyser leaking I advised SA Homeloans Insurance and on the 20th October they sent out a plumber from 24Fix who went into the ceiling and found the problem it was the overflow valve pipe that was left in the ceiling and damaged the aero lite and had lots of water that was accumulate over a period of time I have taken lots of pictures and sent to SA Homeloans Insurance they sent out an Loss adjuster that came out filled a report and didn't go into the ceiling caused he's not equipped to enter the ceiling that has aero lite and advised me he's been long in the business and knows the problem then an hour after the Loss adjuster left another plumber Masinya Build and Plum that SA Homeloans Insurance sent who also does not enter the ceiling but stood at the trapdoor and takes pictures then phone the Loss adjuster and leaves then I get a report from SA Homeloans that the problem is my roof , 24Fix found the problem but SA Homeloans Insurance Loss adjuster and the second plumber Masinya Build & Plum did not investigate the source of the problem and declared a roof leak
