I can truly understand why their 1-star reviews far exceeds positive reviews.

This company plays games when you try to submit a claim for home insurance.

My house was damaged extensively in a fire (due to a UPS that exploded). As if that isn't devastating enough, SA Homeloans appointed a loss adjuster after our claim was submitted. Their only job is to make the process as difficult as humanly possible.

3 contractors came to inspect the damages and provided their quotations the first week the claim was submitted. It took SA Homeloans over 3 weeks to process all that information and not action anything. They eventually decided that our torture wasn't enough. A fourth contractor was appointed.

At what point does it end? Maybe after the 15th contractor is appointed.. Maybe once we stop following up.. Nobody knows. They're not communicating nor playing open cards.

At the time of writing, they are still doing their best to prolong the claiming process. Calls do not get through, and emails are ignored.

Clients are simply just a number. Soul-less tools. Nameless minions whose purpose is to make the shareholders rich.

Disgusted is an understatement.

Avoid at all cost.
