SA Homeloans Excess *******

On the 2nd of November I had a break in at my property. They completely broke down the back door and the security gate, they also broke open my sliding door. This morning SA Homeloans Insurance advised be that I need to Pay R750 excess for the back door and security gate, and R750 excess for the sliding door. This is one incident and one claim? My gate motor was also damaged in the incident. Now if I claim through SA Home Loans insurance, I will have to pay a total excess of R2250 for one incident?? This is **************** and I will not leave it here. I will contact the Short Term insurance Ombudsman and report this unfair conduct. I already suffered more than R80K worth of loss with all the stuff they stole, now SA Homeloans want to take more??
