Regarding Heleen Van Den Heever's comments - I absolutely agree. SAHL has now caused a month delay in the transaction. The title deeds were entrusted to them but they have clearly failed to keep safe very important documents. The delay has an impact on all buyers concerned. This is worrisome and while I am not a client of theirs, the chances are, I never will be, I do hope they grasp the impact of this communication breakdown (for want of a better phrase).
