SA Homeloans does not care

SA Homeloans advised me that my property would be auctioned. I then contacted an agent and we received a offer to purchase on the property. I advised SA Homeloans accordingly and they refused to cancel the auction. I spoke to Bongisisa who told me that the auction would not be cancelled unless we provide the payment of the outstanding arrears or gaurentee. I told her that the buyers bond is with the bank and we should have an gaurentee by this week. still she refused.
