SA Homeloans are *******!

********* practice ONCE AGAIN. On 26th of September 2023 we submitted a claim for damage to our front fenced wall due to the previous night's storm. SA Homeloans are using an assessor that does not properly evaluate, then creates an expectation that the claim is fair just to write in the report the usual excuse as to why it should not be paid out. SANS codes have changed over 20 years and are being reviewed. But your claim gets evaluated on new codes that did not exist 20 years ago! Clients are forced to sign the home owner's insurance, with that you are forced to accept the fine print as well. As client you don't have a choice but to pay for insurance that you NEVER can benefit from! Submitted an appeal, needless to say...NO RESPONSE. *******.
