SA Homeloans are ******

You need to be very careful when doing business with SA Homeloans. They financed my house with a garage extension that was not part of the approved House Plan, when I wanted to sell the house they started demanding an approved plan that includes the garage, I had to pay lots of money to get the plan approved. I then submitted the approved plan to them and they started asking for an Occupational Certificate, Certificate of Compliance for Electricity and Plumbing Certificate, so needless to say I did not get any of the documents they are demanding and I still need to pay for something they failed to do. If one could refer me to an organization where I can lay a formal complaint because I feel I should have received these documents. The finance house for the buyer is also SA Homeloans.
