I app**** for a bond at three banks. Out of all the bank SA Homeloans was the first to contact me, and keep me updated with the whole process.. Whilst my OWN bank (FNB) dragged it out as long as possible. Ramona Bithna the property finance consultant was with me every step of the way and ensured my journey was happy and successful. She always put a smile on my face when we were in contact and didn't help me due to the fact that it's "work". She did it as a passion!
