SA Homeloans Advertises yet they cannot assist

SA Homeloans when I signed for my Homeloans could not have been a better bank. They were wonderful effective, efficient. I soon discovered over the years that the service received was something of the past. SA Homeloans advertises their excellent service only to new clients. They don't give a hoot about their existing clients. They are never available. They can never take your call. They can never exist their existing clients. They just don't give a hoot of their existing clients. So as long as they can advertise for their new clients the existing clients don't exist.
