SA homeloans added a lumpsum to bond account

SA homeloans has added a lumpsum of R18000 to our bond account, there was no notification or contact in that regard. The statement says it's for bond protection of which we already pay R1700 for every month.<br> <br> We want the amount to be reversed or they cut the monthly payment on bond protection.<br> <br> Sickening bank!! We don't even get monthly or regular statements.
