SA HOMELOANS

So i logged a claim on the 11/09/2020 roof leaking,dont hear about anyone for a week,mailed them and got a reply that they didnt get the report yet,phone them and spoke to Remeshni Naidoo dealing with the claim, cant give me any answers cause she dnt have a report and thats it,ask to speak to supervisor and got told she will tell me the same,after begging to speak to supervisor i was told the same story this after a week of no feedback from them,ask them when will there be feedback was told after they get report ,so if report come December only than ill be sorted (thinking) worse service ever.
