SA HOMELOANS - A BUNCH OF ******!!!

Do NOT MOVE YOUR HOMELOAND to SAHL, I have had nothing but bad service. They are the biggest bunch of ******* out there. They send a mail requesting a copy of my insurance to the incorrect e-mail address. Assuming that I received it, they proceed to issue an insurance policy to me. They did not at any stage contact me to confirm, nor did they send me a copy of the policy wording. As it stands, I am double insured, which is against the law. Somebody spoke to Outsurance who confirmed my cancelled policy, yet I have never insured my house through them. Again, DO NOT MOVE YOUR HOMELOAN TO SAHL, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
