SA homeloan I need a Manager

We want to transfer all our bussiness to Capitec including current homeloan. Consolidate all debt and have only one premium. Vodacom was a cause our credit score was influenced but thankfully Hello Peter sorted it out as we had NO account with Vodacom so the score was totally incorrect. Now one and a half months later they come back they wont be able to assist with the consolidation (our credit score .... that has been incorrect from there side ...) FNB is still willing to help since we have been there clients for over 18 years .... Is there a person at SA Homeloans with more influence then a telly sale person that actually knows nothing ... just how to waste time
