I app**** for bond switch with SA Home loan Durban region in July. I am still not sure what process are they following. Every month I am told there is an outstanding document. The worse part is that I am working with faceless people, very insensitive, no sense of urgency, more bureaucratic- no customer centricity at all. I wonder if this is a fully professional financial service with such appalling service.
