Update on my geyser Sa Home Loans sent out the plumbers to check the not working geyser out. they found that the geyser is rusted and leaking. Sa home Loans not convinced that the geyser needs replacement opted to sent out a electrician for a second opinion. the electrician found that water is leaking onto the thermostat thus causing the geyser to trip and spark and it is unsafe to use the geyser as water is in contact with electricity. photo's were sent to proof the latter but all in vain. They take your money every month expect you to pay on time, just have a legitimate claim and you'll get the run around. Don't know who they gonna sent out for a third opinion!! SA HOME LOANS YOUR SERVICE SUCKS !!. We don't have warm water for the past two weeks they don't care as long as they can they will delay this matter. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM SA HOME LOANS THEIR SERVICE STINKS.
