SA Home Loans, you disgust me.

My response to SA Home Loans denying my claim for my driveway . I even got in an Independent contractor to do an assessment and write a report on the damage which had been caused by the flooding. Anyone considering taking a Bond with SA Home loans, DON'T DO IT!! I used to have a Bond with Absa and I was never, ever given the run around like I have been given with SA Home loans.

"Thank you, I will be taking this further and I will also be appealing your decision on the swimming pool & the ceiling damage. Thereafter, I will be moving my Bond from SA Home Loans and going public with your treatment of this claim

Frankly I am quite disgusted with your service, I have been with you for close on 20 years, during this time I have paid consistently, on time and even at one stage paying in more than my monthly premiums. During this time I have claimed once, for my fence, when a boundary tree fell over, again you gave me such a run around, to the point where your assessor could not understand why you were not paying the claim. It seems to be the general consensus that SA Home Loans are notorious for not paying claims and for bad service and from here on in, I WILL be supporting this publicly and taking this up with the Ombudsman.

Shame on you SA Home Loans, your attitude to your customers is disgusting."
