SA Home loans terrible service

I have received the worst service from the SA Home Loans. My geyser burst and they sent out an assessor i was then told the geyser must be relocated outside and it cannot be replaced in the position of the current geyser and the relocation fee is at my expense even though I had no say or choice that it must be relocated. To top it off they will pay the cash value to me less excess fee if i choose to use a private person why deduct excess fee? then the man that accessed the cupboard said the damaged was done by burst geyser but then i received a report saying they not going to fix the water damaged cupboard because there was some rust. SA Home loans are a bunch or ****** they quick to take your money but when you claim they don't want to pay look for any excuse not to pay for legitimate claims
