SA Home Loans: Poor Service and Lack of Priority

I am extremely shocked with the service received from SA Home Loans. As a consultant submitting multiple applications on behalf of clients and developers, I would expect a certain level of professionalism and value placed on the business provided. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

A consultant from SA Home Loans recently admitted, in writing, that they “only assess the application once you ask for an update, to be honest.” This level of neglect is absolutely shocking and unacceptable for any financial institution, especially one that should be treating all clients, regardless of size, with respect and efficiency.

Further, the consultant also stated, “we would need more to prioritize your applications,” making it clear that smaller clients are not given the attention they deserve.

It’s apparent that unless you’re big enough, your business simply won’t be valued.
