Sahl is the worst home loan service provider you can get . In 2016 my husband both a property with them and in January 2017 my husband passed on at the age of 42 . Firstly upon taking the insurance the consultant reassured him that his family ( me and my 3 daughters) will be well taken care of in case of his death. My husband died of natural causes as per death certificate, as per hospital report heart attack. During the sudden death of my husband, we as a family was still dealing with his death and family members handled all of the paperwork with sahl. After months of their so called investigation the advised my husband had a heart condition which was known, however if the treating dr diagnose him with a heart condition, he surely would of put my late husband on meds however nothing to that effect was done. However me still devastated at the loss of my husband was told to apply for the home loan by myself, transfer cost everything done by myself. Last year i was retrenched by the company i worked for and prior to that i had an accident and couldn't work but continued paying without claiming. However after been retrenched i did miss payments and i did sent sahl an email , calls for them to see that i was actually unemployed, only to served with a demand to pay the arrears amount . My question is what are we paying insurance for as the cover absolutely **** . And mind you , sahl doesn't except any other insurance but theirs . This is pathetic!!!!
