SA home loans insurance is a ****!

Guys I'm so disappointed in SA Home loans... their Insurance is a ****.. they never provide sufficient information in what they cover and do not over. When you register a claim with them you get tons of excuses. They will tell you of their time Frame you need to register a claim from them and even if you do still find excused not ro cover! They take 2 months to even give you their feedback, and you are forced to do follow up on them. I don't understand why sacm people about insuring them and then find 1000 ways not to cover when they claim. Now they are even saying that we must fix our damages with our own money then send them proof. Really. SAhomeloans sucks! For some reason I believe they would not do this if I was white or Indian. I am so unhappy with them and am currently looking for another home loan Insurance.
